‘I wanted someone to do my wedding make up the minute I decided I was getting married, and I knew I wanted something special, that looked effortless. After I spoke to Charmaine at Beautilicious, viewed her work and had my trial, I knew that I really wanted her to apply my make up on my wedding day. She was the first person I spoke to, and felt I had no need at all to ‘shop around’.
On the day itself, Charmaine was professional, and remained very calm amidst all the chaos. ‘I emailed Charmaine a few weeks before the wedding as I hadn’t found anybody that I felt I could trust for my big day. As soon as I got in contact, after being recommended by a friend, I felt completely at ease and had all my trust in Charmaine. I’m so glad I chose her as she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel very calm and nothing was too much hassle. There was no feeling of being rushed and everything was done to perfection. I had myself, 2 bridesmaids and my mum, all having our make up done. I was quite worried about 1 of my bridesmaids as she doesn’t wear make up but as soon as I saw her I burst into tears. She too was very pleased as it wasn’t too heavy but very natural.
